Pro-Series, Green Machine® Early Entry Diamond Blades for Soff Cut®, utilizes the highest quality diamonds, increased cobalt, aggregate specific/color-coded bonds, for the fastest, cleanest cutting action and maximum life.  Tighter segment spacing provides the cleanest, finished results on green concrete with no spalling or chipping.

Blade Break-in Instruction:  Operate saw at half of the normal forward, RPM speed for approximately 80-100 lineal feet.  This allows for the segment bond to open up and remain cooler fort faster cutting and promote maximized blade longevity.

The Soff-Cut® System:  Green Machine® Early Entry Diamond Blades for Soff-Cut® Saws are the best performing, dry-cutting technology to control random cracking.  Innovative, up-cutting rotation tech of the Green Machine® blade and spring loaded skid plate and and patented blade-block, keeps pressure applied at the surface, which prevents chipping and spalling, ensuring the smoothest cutting results, even on fresh poured concrete.

Early Green Cutting: The earliest window to place control joints can be saw-cut as soon as 0-2 hours after finishing and before final set, depending on temperature and weather conditions.  The blades and saw system work most efficiently when used in within a 0-2 hour window; damage to the blade and saw can occur if cutting is performed when concrete is too cured.
